T-WALK

The T-Walk integrated tactile signal and pathway system is designed according to with ISO/FDIS 23599. This international standard aims to provide a world-class basis for ground-based tactile indicators and their design, which should always be simple, logical and consistent.
With its multiple sizes, the purpose of T-Walk is to facilitate walking for blind and visually impaired people and hazard warning for all types of users in a variety of urban environments. A system consisting of only a few codes but equally versatile and dynamic, suitable for highly walkable environments, both indoor and outdoor.

▬ T-WALK ▬
Components
- All components can be integrated with RFG tags
- Upon request, all components can be supplied with double-sided adhesive tape
Straight
- It consists of a single M-PVC-P tile of size 40x40 or 40x20 cm with parallel lines
- Indicates a direction of travel free from any potential hazards.
Attention/Danger
- Consisting of a 40x40cm M-PVC-P technopolymer tile featuring truncated domes arranged in a parallel pattern.
- It indicates a change of direction towards two or more tracks and can also be placed near pedestrian crossings.
Stop/Danger
- Consisting of a 40x60cm M-PVC-P technopolymer tile featuring truncated domes arranged in a diagonal pattern.
- Normally installed on the railways, it indicates an absolute danger. The 20x60cm element can be combined with the 40x60cm one along the docks or railways to increase color contrast.
