Tactile indicator system with minimal architectural impact designed to support mobility for blind and visually impaired people.
Stop & Go S/G System is industrially produced from high-performance M-PVC-P technopolymer, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular elements, consisting of direction lines and attention points, are carefully arranged with templates as needed and contain the first-level tactile codes.
The spacing, height, and radius of the tactile profiles, properly arranged in compliance with the dimensional parameters of the relevant technical standards, allow the blind and visually impaired to orient themselves through plantar and manual senses (white cane), hearing, and color contrast.

Components

Hemispherical Dome
- The system consists of a series of hemispherical domes with a diameter of 2,5 cm and a height of 5,5 mm, arranged in a parallel or diagonal grid with a special matrix called "DIME," which comply with the dimensional parameters of the relevant technical standards.

- The system consists of a series of truncated domes with a diameter of 3,5 cm and a height of 3 mm, arranged in a parallel or diagonal grid with a special matrix called "DIME," which comply with the dimensional parameters of the relevant technical standards.

Straight bar (50 cm) R15
- The system consists of a series of trapezoidal bars 50 cm long, 3,5 cm wide, and 3 mm high, with a 15° radius round edges useful to prevent possible tripping of the white cane. The bars are arranged in parallel with special templates called "DIME" to comply with the dimensional parameters of the relevant technical standards.
- They indicate a safe direction of travel.
